[Type Classification]]This product belongs to Type II Class 2 dental ceramic materials, used to make veneers, inlays, onlays, single unit anterior teeth and posterior teeth restorations.

[Scope Of Application]]

The use of CAD/CAM technology to produce veneer, inlay, onlay, adhesive retention of single unit anterior and posterior tooth restorations.

[Method Of Use]]

Cutting: without sintering, directly cut into the required restoration body, glaze can be used.

Products can be toned with dyeing solution. It is recommended to use commercially available products that have obtained medical device registration and production license and are suitable for dyeing lithium-based glass ceramics, such as IPS e.max Ceram Glaze Paste, VITA AKZENT Plus GLAZE LT and other series of dyes produced by Yiwujia.

Physical and Chemical Properties]

• Glass-ceramics after sintering: 200±30 MPa;

• Glass ceramics after sintering: 450 ℃ ± 20 ℃;

• Glass-ceramics after sintering:(9.8±0.5)× 10-6 K-1;

• Glass ceramics after sintering: ≤ 100 & micro;g/cm2;

• Glass-ceramics after sintering: uranium -238 activity concentration ≤ 1.0 Bq/g.

Biological Performance]

In vitro cytotoxicity test: cytotoxicity is not greater than grade 1;

Delayed hypersensitivity test: no delayed hypersensitivity;

Intracutmal reaction test: the difference between the average score of the test sample and the solvent control is 0;

Acute systemic toxicity test: no acute systemic toxicity;

Sub-chronic systemic toxicity test: no sub-chronic systemic toxicity
